VMSI Hosts First Ever Everyday Hero Mid-Year Raffle Draw!

VMSI recently held their inaugural Everyday Hero Mid-Year Raffle Draw last June 28, 2024! Launched last year, the Everyday Hero rewards and incentive program celebrated its Grand Draw in December 2023, awarding fantastic prizes such as a mobile phone for 3rd place, a 55-inch television for 2nd place, and a brand new Honda Click 125i as the Grand Prize! This year, VMSI’s rewards and incentive program was even more exciting! With the addition of quarterly recognitions, the Everyday Hero program now includes a Mid-Year Raffle Draw. Winners and awardees received cash incentives in addition to the top three prizes: a grocery package plus cash for the 3rd prize winner, a mobile tablet for the 2nd, and a brand new refrigerator for the 1st prize lucky raffle winner!    

The Mid-Year Raffle Draw event was organized by VMSI’s Marketing Team, led by Ms. Krissha Ebron and Aira Fordelon, and was live-streamed on Ventureslink’s official YouTube channel. The event was hosted by Ms. May Ann Gabriel and Ivory Nasarria. During the event, Assistant Vice President and Deputy COO, Ms. Shana Alcoriza, delivered a congratulatory message and expressed appreciation to all the deployed employees for supporting the Everyday Hero Program. VMSI President and COO, Mr. Martin Marasigan, provided full support to the team behind the scenes.

This year’s program was bigger than ever, with VMSI giving incentives not only to the winners but also to nominees in categories such as Best Attendance, Top Compliance, Service Hero Award, Innovation, Top Sales, and Leadership. Additionally, five random raffle draw participants won 1,000 pesos each. Supervisors of the top awardees also shared their congratulatory messages.

At the end of the live stream, the top three Mid-Year lucky draw winners were announced!
