Ventureslink recently took part in a meaningful two-day engagement with Panasonic Field Supervisors and Trainers, strengthening leadership capabilities and reinforcing team unity through a Leadership Workshop and Team Building activity held on consecutive day.
The event brought together key representatives from PMPC, including Mr. Eric Delos Reyes, Consumer Sales Senior Manager; Mr. Adrian Castro from Trade Marketing; Ms. Rose Aprilyn Casapao, Mr. Von Rubio Pablo, Mr. Rommel Roldan, and Mr. Ferdinand Lopez, from Field Marketing Team; Ms. Joy Loren Calvez, Ms. Eunice Borla, Ms. Christine Patricio, and Ms. Madel Matamis from Retail Management Team. Also in attendance were representatives from PMPC’s partner agencies and Ventureslink’s own delegates: Mr. Martin Marasigan, President and COO; Ms. Shana Alcoriza, Assistant Vice President; Ms. Krissha Marie Ebron, Senior Marketing Manager; along with team leads Ms. Dexter Van Queen De Leon, Sweetchel Dumaguing and Neil Vincent Carteciano.
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
VMSI facilitated the Panasonic Field Supervisors and Trainers Leadership program last March 26, 2026, led by Mr. Arlito D. Perez, who served as the speaker and guided the session with insightful discussions on effective leadership in workplace.
In addition, Panasonic Retail Management Team (RMT) and Field Marketing Team (FMT) actively participated in the workshop and joined the activities alongside with Field Supervisors and Trainers, demonstrating strong leadership presence and commitment to hands-on engagement. Their involvement fosters a more open, collaborative, and unified learning environment throughout the session.
TEAM BUILDING
Following the workshop on March 27, 2026, Field Supervisors, Trainers, and representatives from Panasonic and VMSI participated in a team-building activity aimed at reinforcing collaboration and camaraderie.
Key highlights include:
- Interactive group challenges and activities
- Trust-building and communication exercise
- Strengthening inter-team’s relationships
- Promoting unity and shared goals.
The active participation of supervisors, trainers, and Panasonic team created a strong sense of unity, breaking barriers between roles and encouraging a more cohesive and supportive working environment.
The two-day event concluded with a special awarding ceremony recognizing employees who have dedicated 5 years and above of service. This moment celebrated their commitment, loyalty, and valuable contributions to the organization. Also, as a token of appreciation, our Ventureslink Field Supervisor, Trainers, and Verifiers were given souvenir jackets in recognition of their hard work and dedication. Following the recognition, participants enjoyed a socials segment where everyone had the opportunity to relax, connect, and celebrate together ending the event on a high note filled with appreciation, camaraderie, and shared success.
Through initiatives like these, Ventureslink continues to support its partners in developing strong, capable, and motivated leaders in the field. The success of this two-day event reflects a shared commitment to growth, collaboration, and excellence.
