Reinvigorate, Reenergize, Refocus, RELOAD – This year, VMSI’s team building activity was all about embracing these principles. Held last May 18-19, 2024, in Iba, Zambales, this event marked a pivotal moment for our team.
As we stepped into 2024 on a note of success, we also recognized that we hadn’t quite reached all our goals and targets. This realization fueled our determination to work even harder and smarter, ensuring that we stay on track to achieve our vision.
Organized by VMSI’s key individuals, including our Vice President, Ms. Shana Alcoriza, Recruitment Manager, Ms. Roselle Magallano, Operations Manager Ms. Unica Shaira Valid, and Marketing Manager Ms. Krissha Ebron, the event was meticulously planned to maximize its impact.
Before diving into the program, our President and COO, Mr. Martin Marasigan, set the tone with his welcome address, fostering a light and motivating atmosphere that set the stage for the activities ahead.
Throughout the event, you could feel the strong sense of teamwork and friendly competition. It showed that the VMSI team is ready and eager to take on any challenges.
In the evening, we gathered for our social night, a time for creating lasting memories and deepening our connections with one another. It was an opportunity to unwind, bond, and forge stronger ties that will serve us well in our professional endeavors.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Marasigan underscored his pride in having such an exceptional team by his side. He emphasized the importance of supporting one another and highlighted the collective strength that defines VMSI.
