Every year, Ventureslink gathers its employees for a meaningful event and this year was no different. On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, we proudly hosted VMSI Everyday Hero III: The Next Chapter Mid-Year Raffle Draw, our annual mid-year raffle and recognition program. The event was livestreamed on Ventureslink’s official YouTube channel and was organized by VMSI Marketing Team, led by Ms. Krissha Marie Ebron and Ms. Aira Fordelon. The program began with a congratulatory message from our Operation Manager Ms. Unica Shaira Valid, who also expressed her gratitude to all deployed employees for their continued support of the Everyday Hero Program.
The awards segment took center stage as VMSI honored individuals for their exceptional contributions to the company’s success. Cash incentives were awarded to all nominees and winners across categories such as Best in Attendance, Compliance Award, Innovation Award, Top Sales Award, Service Award and Leadership Award. Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, our Recruitment Team shared warm and inspiring messages to congratulate the deserving awardees.
A major highlight of the day was the Mid-Year Raffle Draw, where all prizes this year were given in cash! A meaningful gesture to recognize our dedicated employees. Lucky winners took home ₱10,000, ₱20,000, and the grand prize of ₱30,000. To add to the excitement, three additional names were randomly drawn to receive ₱500 in cash, making the celebration even more thrilling and rewarding for everyone.
We also recognized the Top Fans of our Ventureslink and Ventureslink Career Facebook Page Community, who have helped foster a space of encouragement and engagement online. These individuals were spotlighted for their consistent support and involvement across our digital platforms—proof that community extends beyond the workplace.

As we enter the second half of the year, let’s carry forward the same gratitude and determination that have guided our journey so far.
