It’s that time of year once again, as VMSI successfully hosted its annual awards and incentives event for deployed employees. Everyday Hero III: The Next Chapter took place on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The program was livestreamed on Ventureslink’s official YouTube channel and organized by VMSI’s Marketing Team, led by Ms. Krissha Marie Ebron and Ms. Aira Fordelon. The event was hosted by Ms. Rosalie Porley and Mr. Jonathan Mejio, who kept the audience engaged throughout.
The program opened with a congratulatory message from VMSI President and COO, Mr. Martin Marasigan, who also conveyed his appreciation to all deployed employees for their continued support of the Everyday Hero Program.
One of the highlights of the event was the Awarding Ceremony, where VMSI recognized outstanding individuals who made a significant impact throughout the year. The awards celebrated excellence, consistency, and dedication across various categories. Cash incentives were given to all nominees and awardees in categories such as Best in Attendance, Compliance Award, Top Sales Award, Leadership Award, Service Award, and the prestigious Hero of the Year. We also honored our deployed employees in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao through an added category Hero for Each Region. This serves as our way of recognizing the hard work and service of our deployed employees, wherever they may be assigned. Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, our Operations Team shared warm and inspiring messages to congratulate the deserving awardees.
A major highlight of the day was the Grand Raffle Draw, where all prizes this year were once again given in cash—a direct and practical reward for our hardworking employees. Lucky winners took home ₱30,000, ₱50,000, and the grand prize of ₱120,000. To add to the excitement, five additional names were randomly drawn to receive ₱1000 in cash, making the celebration even more thrilling and rewarding for everyone.
We also recognized Top Fans from our Ventureslink Facebook Page communities, recognizing their role in creating a positive and engaging online environment. Their consistent support and active participation across our digital platforms highlight that a strong sense of community extends well beyond the workplace.
