Ventureslink Management Solutions, Inc.’s Marketing Team recently announced its expansion of business with the acquisition of the warehouse units of StonePro Trading Corporation in Tanza, Cavite and San Fernando Pampanga. As the client’s preferred manpower service provider, VMSI will be taking over the employees in both locations and shall provide warehouse and logistics personnel on top of being StonePro’s exclusive manpower provider in the sales and merchandising department. The Marketing team, Mr. Martin Marasigan and Ms. Ella Cacacho personally visited both warehouses to meet with the client’s Warehouse Management team composed of Engineers and Site Managers. While VMSI’s Account Supervisor and Safety Officer, Ms. Krissha Ebron gathered the employees to facilitate the transfer of employment and to conduct the company’s employee orientation on supervision, compliance and payroll system among others. With it’s consistent adherence to compliance and workplace safety, VMSI has certified another batch of their operations team as Safety Officers last January 13, 2022. Held at VMSI’s office premises, the online training was aimed to equip the attendees on the importance of the Basic Occupational Health and Safety (BOSH) and other workplace safety standards. With the workplace environment adapting to the new normal brought about by the pandemic, the program and certification should further boost Team VMSI’s operational excellence in workplace safety especially in the retail and merchandising industry.
