Ventureslink Management Solutions, Inc. has won the manpower provider contract for Smartmatic’s VCM refurbishment project in preparation for the Country’s national election next year. Employee Orientations were conducted last July 16-17, 2021 in Sta. Rosa City in Laguna led by its President Arlito D. Perez, Asst. Vice President Martin E. Marasigan and Recruitment and Operation Manager Charmaine H. Bautista. Also in attendance and who participated during the 2-day session are Group HR Head Marites S. Mondiguing, Compliance Manager Mel C. Panganiban, Chief Information Officer Gil Segador and IT Officer Darryl Petalio.
Over 120 people, deployed to take part in the refurbishment operation, were covered by the said training and orientation. On top of matters on employment, the session largely focused on policies and processes relative to warehouse operations. Health protocols, mandated for strict compliance all throughout the duration of the project, were discussed and observed during the orientation. Considered non-negotiable are the required wearing of face masks, face shields and social distancing while within the warehouse premises in general and in the respective workplaces in particular.
